Sentimental Journey sounded great Sunday night and they announced that they would be in Staunton once again for NYE.  See the info below for room availability at the Super 8.  I just called Super 8 and was able to book our room with the front desk staff because Brett was not available.  (Power struggle?) So two rooms are spoken for so far. Mulvanys and one for ourselves.  NYE is a long way away but we had trouble finding a spot last year.

Hi Judi -
Mike has talked with the owner of the Super 8 this morning and this is what they worked out.  He (Brett Patel) will hold 6 rooms until May 31 for us.  Anyone who wants a room needs to call 618-635-5353 and talk with Brett Patel directly and tell him that they want one of the rooms being held for Ken Mulvany. 

Patel is the only one who knows about this arrangement and he was reluctant to hold the rooms past May 31.  We have guaranteed our room, so there are 5 left.  If you want to get an email out to the group and others that would be helpful in letting us know who might be interested.  When you make your reservation, you might want to ask what the rate will be - Mike forgot to ask him that. 

Sure enjoyed yesterday afternoon - they're such a great orchestra, really do enjoy them.  Talk soon.
